You can refer to the product image for our suggestions on customization, but if you don't like them, you can always provide your own ideas in the personalization field. If you prefer no customization, simply write "No personalization," and we'll print the product without any text. In case you've found a product you like that doesn't have a personalization field, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll make a customizable version of the product for you.

There are several factors that can impact the delivery of our products, such as the pandemic, the location of the delivery, processing time, carrier transit time, and your shipping address. Please note that delays caused by the shipping carrier or ordering on a weekend or holiday may affect the delivery date.

We offer the estimated delivery time for each product on its page before adding it to your cart. This way, you can make an informed decision about your purchase. Kindly refer to our Fulfillment & Shipping Policy for further information.

Sometimes, the tracking system may show that the shipping carrier is waiting for your item or display an unchanged status. This can happen due to the current situation in the country, which has resulted in a reduced workforce for major delivery companies like USPS, DHL, and UPS. Therefore, the tracking system may not be updated as frequently as before. Additionally, there may be instances where workers miss scanning packages, resulting in the system not being updated.

However, an unchanged status does not mean that your order will not be delivered. It could simply be a delay in updating the system or a human error. Please note that the tracking system may take a few days to be updated, and sometimes it may only be updated after the package has already been delivered.

Kindly note that all orders become final once a product is printed, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in two specific situations. Firstly, if your product has poor printing quality or is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us, and we will provide you with a free replacement. Secondly, if your product is reported as lost by the shipping vendor, we will issue a full refund or provide a free replacement. Suppose your order status remains unchanged in the tracking system for more than ten business days. In that case, we suggest contacting your local post office for additional information and providing them with your order number. If your local post office cannot provide information or your package is reported as lost, please contact us immediately. We are happy to offer you the option of a full refund or replacement at no additional cost for lost packages.
