We offer free standard flat shipping for all wrapping papers.
We have the following shipping options available in the United States:
- Standard – $4.89 – $15. Delivery in 5-15 business days.
- Express – $14.89 – $30. Delivery in 2-4 business days.
- Free Shipping – $0. Delivery in 5-15 business days.
Kindly take note that we specialize in crafting customized and personalized items, which entails a process known as Fulfillment time. Our team endeavors to fulfill your orders within 3-8 working days. To determine the approximate delivery time for your product, we recommend utilizing the following calculation: Estimated Fulfillment + Estimated Shipping = Estimated delivery time
International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide.
Shipments to destinations outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the products arrive at your country of destination. These charges are solely your responsibility. PimpYourWorld bears no control over any additional charges incurred during customs clearance. In the event that you decline the package due to this reason, customs authorities may impose an administration fee on PimpYourWorld, which will be subtracted from the refund amount requested. For further information on importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order, kindly seek advice from your local customs officials or post office.
Delayed Orders
The team at PimpYourWorld is devoted to providing our valued customers with an exceptional delivery experience. Despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays during the shipping process. As such, we have established a comprehensive shipping policy that outlines our procedures and guidelines for managing delayed orders or deliveries.
Upon receipt of an order, our team ensures that it undergoes prompt processing within 3-8 business days. This includes verifying the order, conducting product quality checks, packaging, and dispatching the order. We provide customers with an estimated delivery time for each product, which is available directly on the product page.
This timeframe serves as a general guideline and is susceptible to change due to external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistical challenges. If a package is not delivered within the estimated delivery time or if it is lost during transit, customers are encouraged to contact our dedicated customer support team. We will initiate a thorough investigation with the shipping carrier and provide regular updates to our valued customers.
Additional Information
In the event that an order fails to arrive, please inform us at your earliest convenience. We recommend checking your shipping confirmation to confirm that the correct address was entered. If an incorrect address was provided, we would be pleased to send a replacement order to the correct address, but the cost will be borne by the customer. We will do our best to address the matter promptly.
Should your order arrive damaged or with printing errors, we will gladly replace it free of charge, with no additional cost to you. There is no need to return damaged or incorrectly printed products. To request a free replacement, please take photographs of the product from every angle using your mobile phone and email them to info@m0f297x5a6.onrocket.site, along with your order number. We are unable to correct or modify shipping information provided by customers. If the shipping provider reports that the shipping address is invalid or incomplete and the customer package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can arrange to reship the package to a new, valid shipping address.
The estimated timeframe for a returned package is 3-4 weeks from the date of return to us, although the package may arrive sooner. The reshipment fee will be the original shipping cost plus a $6 service fee. Printed or personalized products cannot be refunded if customers decline reshipment, and all returned products will be donated to the local church. We will not resell or reuse returned products. All returned products will be donated to local charities.
For digital goods or products, including those delivered by email, direct download links, or downloads from our server, no physical items will be shipped. There are no additional shipping costs for digital goods. Turnaround time for digital goods is less than 24 hours.
