After your successful purchase, we will email your final product in less than 24 hours, and Video Invitations (animation) maximum turnaround time is 48 hours.

If your digital personalized product is already delivered to your email address, we will not be able to issue a refund. Digital products can't be refunded because of their nature, but if we didn't finish and sent your product already, we would refund your order. For a refund, please send us an email including your order number, first and last name, and reason for canceling the order.

Did you found some of our products on Pinterest, Facebook, or other social media but you can find them in our store. Some products are not available online, but still, you can contact us, and we will be able to provide you access to the VIP area of the store.

Please check your SPAM folder. Sometimes emails go to the customer SPAM folder depending on the setting of your email provider. If you still don't see our email, please contact us and provide us with another email address, and we will deliver it to you.

We will be able to change your details in the next 5 business days from the day of delivery, excluding only video invitations and animations. Sending requests for changing information after 5 business days will be impossible, and you will be asked to place a new order and provide all information in the field for personalization.

Delivery depends on many factors regarding the Covid global pandemic, current situation in the country of delivery, distance, etc.

To determine when you can expect your product at your home address, we use a formula to better understand Estimated Delivery Time.

Every product has an estimated fulfillment time together with estimated shipping. Please be advised that estimated delivery time is not guaranteed, and it's just an estimation.

We are processing our orders immediately after your successful purchase. If your order is not in the printing process, you will still be able to cancel your order.

Sometimes, the tracking system is unchanged, or the message is that the shipping carrier is awaiting the item.

Unchanged status mostly happened because of the global pandemic and the state's situation. According to the USPS, DHL, UPS, etc., the tracking system is not updated regularly because fewer people are working in the Covid pandemic. Unchanged or not updated status is a human error but that doesn't mean that your order is not coming to you.

Sometimes it takes several days to update their system, and sometimes they update their system when they already deliver the package.

If your order status is unchanged in the tracking system and has been passed over 10 business days, please contact your local post office and get more information and provide them with your number.

If your local post office can't give you any information or your package is reported as lost, please contact us.

We will offer you to choose between a full refund or replacement without any cost for lost packages.

We do not accept returns, but if your product is arrived badly printed or damaged by the shipping carrier, please get in touch with us to get your free replacement!
