Please remember that we are making custom and personalized products, and this process is called Fulfillment time. We will fulfill your products within 3-5 business days. To calculate your estimated delivery time for the product, please use:

Deliveries to countries outside the United States may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are charged once the products reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. Personalized Gifts Store has no control over additional charges to customs clearance. If you refuse the package, for this reason, customs authorities may charge Personalized Gifts Store an administration fee, and this fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount. You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may apply to your online order.
Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the COVID-19. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, contact us at email@example.com, noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
If your order arrives broken or badly printed, we will replace it for FREE without any cost for you! You don't have to return broken or badly printed products. To claim your free replacement, please take photos with your mobile phone from every angle and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and photos of the product.
We will not correct or change any shipping information that the customer provides. If the customer package is reported as undeliverable and the shipping provider reports that the shipping address is invalid or incomplete, the customer's package will be returned to us.
We can offer a reshipment to a new and valid shipping address. Timeframe for the return package takes 3-4 weeks from the date it indicated a return to us. However, it is just an estimated date, and the package could still arrive sooner. The reshipment fee will be (original shipping cost + $4 service fee).
If customers do not want to accept reshipment, printed or personalized product(s) will not be refunded, and all returned products will be donated to the local church. We will not resell or reuse products that are returned to us.
Digital goods delivered by email, direct download links, downloads from our server do not require shipping. NO PHYSICAL ITEM will be shipped to you. There are no additional shipping costs for digital goods. Turnaround for digital goods is less than 24h.
