Shipping was delayed -poor communication

I ordered shoes (almost 3 weeks in advance) to gift my niece for her Birthday. While ordering i added the wrong shipping address. I updated the shipping address immediately and they mentioned they will ship to the correct address ( email confirmation) , but the shipment was dispatched almost 14 days after, and also took 15 days to ship.
Completely missed the deadline of reaching on time before my niece BD party.

Bad business

My experience was not good at all! I ordered on August 9th an paid an extra 20.00 for 3-5 days delivery because I needed the shoes I ordered on the 17th, I didn't get them until the 27th and no matter how many times I emailed, they didn't care! This was a special gift for NY grandbaby an they did not deliver an would not refund any of my money! I feel like I deserve at least the extra shipping fee back! No one apologized!! This is what I consider bad business..Next time I will do more research before I order from someone online.
