Returns Policy / Physical product
Our business model operates on a print-on-demand basis, which means the product is printed only upon receipt of your order. We can only accommodate returns for damaged or poorly printed items, which will undergo further inspection for a potential refund. If you need to initiate a return, please contact us first to obtain approval and the appropriate shipping address for the return of the printed product.
Orders may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery for a refund.
When returning items, please include proof of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 10 days.
All items being returned must be shipped to the original production house or partner address.
Please be advised that the transaction fee associated with card payment processing, which amounts to 2.9% and 30 cents for each transaction (as per Stripe), will not be subject to refund in the event of a refund request. We kindly ask that you take this into consideration when making a payment.
Exceptions
The following items do not qualify for returns: discounted items, items marked as final sale, customized products, digital products and products with free shipping.
Refund Policy / Digital goods
Digital products are delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you can successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads, we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers. We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download or email, we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind and we haven’t already delivered your personalized product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests made after you have downloaded or received an email with our final product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. If any, refund requests must be made within ten (10) days of your original purchase.
