Personalized Birthday Water Bottle Labels

Wrap them round any standard bottle and the drinks stop looking like a supermarket run and start looking like part of the party. Each label is 8.2" x 2" — the standard bottle-wrap size — and every one is made to order with the birthday child's name on it.

Made to order, emailed to you — not an off-the-shelf download

There is nothing to download the moment you pay, because the label does not exist yet — it has your child's name on it. You type the name (and the age if you want it), our designer builds it into the artwork properly, and we email you the finished print-ready file. Standard turnaround is 24 hours; add the rush option and it is in your inbox within 2 hours. Then you print it at home, cut it out and wrap it round the bottle. That is the whole point: a party pack from a supermarket says "Happy Birthday", but yours says the child's actual name.

Change the colours, or send us your own photo

Because a human makes each one, you can go further than a name. Change the background colour to match your theme, change the font colour so it reads against it, or upload your own photo or design and we will build it into the label. Big party shops cannot do any of that — they print a run of ten thousand and hope one of them suits your table.

Bottle labels, wrappers, stickers — and how to print them

Call them water bottle labels, bottle wrappers or bottle stickers — it is the same 8.2" x 2" wrap. Ordinary white paper is fine, because the label is taped or glued round the bottle and does not need to be stiff. But here is the trick most people miss: print the same file onto self-adhesive sticker paper and it becomes a proper peel-and-stick bottle sticker, no tape needed. Print at 100% / Actual Size and never "Fit to page", or the label comes out too short to meet round the back. There is no print limit, so ten bottles or forty costs the same.

Finish the table
