Is it insulated, and how do I clean it?

Yes. There is a thermal layer with a food-safe aluminium foil lining, so a cold pack will keep lunch chilled right through the morning and hot food stays warm. To clean it, wipe the lining with a damp cloth or sponge and let it air-dry; the polyester outside can be spot-cleaned with a little mild soap. Please don't machine-wash it or leave it soaking — that is what ruins the insulation.

How long does a personalized lunch box take to arrive?

Each bag is printed with your child's name after you order, so allow 3–5 business days to make it and 5–13 business days for tracked US delivery — roughly 10–14 days in total, and you get a tracking link the moment it ships.
