Is it waterproof, and do I need a plastic liner?

The curtain is made from 100% high-density, water-repellent polyester, so splashes bead up and dry quickly. For a tub or open shower we still recommend hanging a standard clear plastic liner behind it to keep the decorative fabric looking its best over time.

Are hooks included, and how fast does it ship?
