The Hellfire Club graphic and custom name personalization make it look top-notch. I was worried because his old backpack was way too big (he’s in elementary school), but this vintage canvas pack is the perfect size. And the Sonic graphic and name customization makes it even more top notch. I was worried because his paw patrol backpack was pretty big (too big for him actually - he’s in kindergarten) and the label on this Sonic bag said “mini” so I didn’t know if it would be too small but honestly the Sonic bag is the one he needed all along. It’s the perfect size. It still fits all of his folders and books. And it doesn’t weight him down.

Customer service was also great! It took less than 24 hours to get a response. I would order from this company again!
