Loved the design of the tumbler, however, they sent a top that did not fit or stay on the tumbler. I emailed the email address provided and did not get a response. I’m turn, I had to order multiple tops on Amazon to try to find one that fits. I wish the owner/company could have rectified this without me having to do all the extra stuff because I love to support small companies and rate them accordingly.
