Honestly the quality and picture is great no question… BUT it’s a very misleading product. Bought it thinking it was gift wrapping paper for birthday gift. Instead it came looking like a poster (feel like too)! Tried to get a refund by following policy and emailing, never responded to that.. now I have two of the exact same sonic poster AND I’m out 50 bucks…. Probably wouldn’t recommend to a friend…

What you received is exactly what was ordered: our Sonic gift wrap in the listed size, 58" × 23", sold as a 2-roll pack — that's why there are two identical rolls. It's genuine wrapping paper, printed to order on premium stock, which does feel more substantial than thin store-bought wrap; each large roll wraps multiple gifts.
On the refund: we actually replied to your email the same day you wrote to us (within about four hours) — it looks like our response may have landed in your spam folder, so please do check there. As we explained then, every item is custom-printed when ordered, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns, but if anything ever arrives damaged or misprinted we make it right immediately.
