Digital and Printed Birthday Invitations
Every invitation here comes two ways: as a digital file you can send in a group chat or print yourself, or as printed cards we mail to your door in packs of 10, 30 or 50. Same artwork, same personalization — 55 themes, and the child’s name, age and party details set into the design.
You don’t edit anything. We do.
This is the part worth understanding before you buy. Most “printable” invitations you find elsewhere are templates: you pay, and then you are handed a Canva or Corjl file and left to wrestle the text boxes into place yourself. We don’t do that. You type the details into the form, and a designer sets them into the artwork properly — kerning, spacing, the lot — and emails you a proof. You look at it and say yes.
How long it takes
A designer emails your proof within 24 hours. If the party is sooner than that, add Rush and the proof comes back in roughly 2 hours. Once you approve it, the high-resolution file lands in your inbox immediately. Printed cards go to print after approval and are posted to you.
Digital or printed — which should I pick?
Most parents take digital: it costs less, arrives as a file, and goes straight into the class WhatsApp group. Take printed when you want a real card to hand out at the school gate or post to grandparents — we print on proper stock in packs of 10, 30 or 50. There is no rule against doing both, and plenty of people do: the file for the group chat, a pack of 10 for the relatives.
Sizes, and a word on video
Cards come in 5″×7″ (the classic, and what the printed packs use) and 4″×6″, which posts cheaper and fits a standard frame. A handful of themes also come as an animated video invitation — a short clip with your child’s details in it, made to be sent by message rather than printed. Those live in the same collection.
Both sides of the card are yours
The back of the invitation is not filler — you write it. Along with the name, age, date, start and end time, venue and RSVP that go on the front, there is a field for the text you want on the back: directions, what to bring, no-gifts-please, allergy notes, the parents’ phone number. Most shops give you a decorated back and nothing else.
If the proof is wrong, we fix it — twice, free
When the designer emails your proof you get two complimentary revisions. Spelled the venue wrong, changed the time, want the age bigger — say so and it comes back corrected at no charge. You can also skip the proof entirely and have us go straight to print if you are in a hurry. Nothing gets printed or emailed until you are happy.
Match the rest of the party
The invitation sets the theme, and the same artwork prints across the rest of the party. Once the cards are out, the usual next steps are an edible cake topper, a set of printable goodie bags, and matching thank you tags for afterwards.

What makes ours different? You do not edit anything. Send us the details and a designer typesets the card, then emails you a proof to approve — usually within 24 hours, or 2 hours if you add Rush. Once you say yes we email the high-resolution file, and if you ordered prints we post them to your door.
